The main goals were to create a new homepage structure and visual design, clearly present salon services, and support multiple languages. It was also necessary to integrate the SaraSalonSoft booking and payment module.
Solutions:
A unique visual identity and corporate style were developed to reflect the salon's brand. The new Wix-based website was built with a fully responsive layout and multilingual functionality. Key features such as a contact form, SEO optimization, and Google search engine integration were implemented to improve visibility and conversion. Customer reviews from Google and social media were also embedded.
Impact:
The redesigned Wix website significantly improved client experience and conversion rates. Additional features such as WhatsApp integration, Instagram messaging, and online chat enhanced user interaction.
The salon owner chose to continue with ongoing website support, including content updates and custom functionality adjustments. For example, during the salon’s relocation from Almere to Rotterdam, a pop-up banner was added to notify clients of the new location — ensuring seamless communication and client retention.
