Bastu's main challenge was the lack of a digital infrastructure to handle online sales and delivery logistics for their niche products. The solution needed to be highly flexible to accommodate a variety of order types, from single items to curated product sets. Key requirements included integrating an online payment system, and establishing a robust delivery schedule for "today-for-tomorrow" orders, with the ability to accept pre-orders up to seven days in advance.
