A Monument & Memorial Services company in Estonia approached Y-Track Consulting to improve its online presence, increase website conversions, and create a stronger foundation for organic growth.

The project combined digital transformation with a complete website redesign. After analysing the existing website, we proposed moving from Wix Editor to Wix Studio, restructuring the information architecture, and replacing the traditional work gallery with a project-based approach.
